It is a shame what has happened to this group

Many if not most on line boards have become ghost towns because of facebook and other choices. It is a real shame what has happened to this group.  I remember a few years ago when someone from this group told me she hoped this group and the Gatherings would discontinue. What a hateful thing to say especially when the majority of the members in this group were good people who were honest and supportive people. Oh sure there were those who tooted their own horns and were disrespectful... but the the majority were good people.
     I hope this finds those of you who made this board a peaceful place full of freindship are doing well.

I clicked on this link by mistake - to find you here I miss you and so many others, too. Ultimately the boards definitely had their place - I miss them, too.

For a while I would post little things here, try to keep the board alive but I had to give up 'talking to myself.'
