Okay, so I stole the recipe from FB. I cup of berries, 1 Tablespoon chia seeds. Put in blender. Sweeten if desired. Put in jar and place in fridge. I would think you could freeze it. If you want it chunkier, then add more pieces of berries after you remove it from the blender. Pretty darned easy, huh? Working with about 4 cups of berries and 4 TBS chia seeds would be about right.
