Uhhh.... I don't get it! Are they considered prissy horses? Which is funny because they get hair like mountain goats and love the rain and water. Is that the funny part? I've not been hiding. My server went down for a freaking week and then hubby got sick and required a transfusion and then I got sick with something unrelated. I do love the horselaugh on the pic above! Blanket or not, he looks like a character.

It's a play on words MA - Friesian kind of sounds like freezing if you don't fully pronounce the g at the end.
Have some more coffee and read it again, lol.

So sorry your DH was so sick and you were sick too. I had hoped you were off doing something fun away from the computers. And what Jenni said, it was just a corny pun on Fresian sounding a bit like freezin. Of course Fresian makes me think of you regardless of context.

Those from the PNW never bother pronouncing the end of the words. We could never be bothered with a "g" at the end of one. Regional dialects are quite interesting. When I joined the Army, I was amazed at the people I couldn't understand. Now I don't hear most of the dialects at all-- or, even if I hear them, I can still understand what they are saying.

Being sick is no fun at all. Glad your feeling a bit better. Hope your hubby is too. Needing a transfusian sounds kinda scary.

He's doing much better since he's gotten the transfusion, but he still has some internal bleeding and they have to figure out where that's coming from. He's going to swallow a camera in a capsule and it'll take pictures all the way through. The date still has to be nailed down. He also has some sort of bad cough that doesn't want to shake loose. It leaves him pretty tired, and I know he wants to get better before he goes back to work on the 29th.
Me, I only had a one day thing. It was bad when I had it, but when it was gone, I was fine again.
