FINALLY the scale is moving! Down a little more than 2 pounds... and this is about the fifth time I have lost this two pounds. I upped my workout to 1 1/2 - 2 hours a day, with one day off per week, over 3 weeks ago. Often the scale starts going up after I up my work out. I think that my muscles get a little swollen and it seems to be a mostly water thing, but I hate seeing that. This time it's been as if my scale were stuck or had a sticker over the top showing a weight... it has been exactly the same, until this week! My energy level is finally going back up and I am losing the junk food cravings (Yay!)

Great to hear - it sounds like your fat really likes you, you have to work so hard to make it go away!

I find it comes off at the scale OR in the inches. Rarely both at the same time. That and it fluctuates back and forth a few lbs before dropping. But then I trust my clothes fit before my scale anyhow. So....in that vein, how do the clothes fit? Looser? I bet they are.

Isn't it wonderful to have your pants start sliding down?
I've had 1 fast food burger since Thanksgiving. I only did that because I didn't pack a snack when I left the house and took toooo long at the fabric store. I had no time to run home for food before my dance lesson. With out some food I woudn't have anything in the tank to work from. I got 1 small burger with mustard and a small coffee. Nothing else!
Keep up the good work!
