Today it told me that I've lost 13 pounds since January 3rd...while that would be wonderful, my pants do *not* agree! Lol.
My weightloss journey has been going pretty well. I lost 15 pounds over the summer, kept 10 off. I've recently restarted with eating healthy and working out...strep throat jumpstarted me with 5 pounds of water loss that I'm trying to maintain and build upon. During the summer I was barely a 12, (almost a 14), now I'm a 10 almost an 8.
Eating is pretty simple...fruit for breakfast, apples/oranges, greek salad for lunch (tomato, spring mix, greek dressing, feta cheese), snacks are as many veggies as I want, maybe a spirutein (vitamin/protein shake in almond milk) if I'm hungry. Dinner is whatever I want...a sandwich, something I made, etc. Biggest goal is to stop eating when I'm full.

I have been wondering how you are doing Stephanie. Congratulations on your success!
I hate it when my scale gets goofey. It often does that when the battery starts wearing down. I have had problems when I put it on different areas of our bathroom floor, so now I have a couple of dots on the floor and I am careful to line it up between those dots. I attribute the problem to our old farmhouse and although the floor looks level, it obviously is not.
Another problem I have with accuracy is in the winter months. The scale sits in front of a heat register and will be way off if the furnace has kicked on.
Keep up the good work!

I have had pretty decent luck with food control lately. Ive been eating oatmeal and a hardboiled egg every day for breakfast. I usually have leftovers from dinner for lunch. Only problem is that I eat breakfast at 6:00 am and my lunch isn't until 12:30. I am ready to eat my own arm by then! For dinner I always make something- tonite it was tacos, tomorrow night spaghetti and meatballs (homemade sauce and meatballs). No smacking after dinner at all. If I do I will be guaranteed an extra pound in the morning.

Yeah, our scale is definitely finicky when you move it. We just bought a new one because it's always made us worry about it being accurate, if you weigh yourself twice in a row the numbers would be different.
That sounds like what I'm trying to do Newfy, though I don't eat breakfast until around 8 so lunch is more doable, lol. I'm down another notch on my belt...only one more to go and it's time to get a new one!

If you put it on carpet or the bathroom rug you can drop AT LEAST 20 lbs. LOL Its strange, I am the same weight for months now but since I am swimming I am a smaller size. Finally my legs are firming up a bit too.
