I put my scale away mid november. I never do that. Jeans are tight. T-shirts are tight. Weighed yesterday and the scale had not gone up as much as I thought. Yesterday I ate and drank as healthy as I could all day. The worst thing I ate was an egg sandwich at subway for breakfast. I did not eat anything else that was 'man made' Scale was down 2 pounds this morning. Ha! I am bound and determined to get 32 pounds of blubber off this year. Going back to what worked best for me when I lost 50 pounds in 1/2 a year No sugar, no flour, nothing man made. I know that some of you are going to say that I should eat what I want, just watch portions. Screw that. It is more important to make sure what we choose to eat are healthy. Man made is not always a healthy choice

One of my friends has been doing the "cave man" diet for about 4 months and has lost 30 pounds. She eats only things that would have been around when cavemen were around....natural foods. Nothing processed and not white flour or sugar.
I am thinking that I will give it a try also....I loose a few pounds but then gain those back and a few extra....it really is time to get serious about it. Haven't been able to do any running this past summer due to plantar fascitis...even riding horse makes it act up. May have to actually get the cortisone shot...been doing everything else...even the expensive custom insoles...not working...and not working out is making me very grumpy. Not to mention the lack of horse back riding...I can do about half an hour before it gets so bad that I can barely walk the next day.

Try the stretching exercises for the plantars fascitis. That and the arnica cream to lesson the inflammation will help it to heal.
