I won't find out until I am home and can weigh myself. Nothing feels tighter so I am hopeful. To be honest the not being able to drink alcohol has really helped. I also simply can't eat like I used to. But I haven't swam but once in the last 12 days. I really feel the lack. One of the first things I want to do when I get home is go swim. Right after I get home to see my pups and friends. Oh and horse, goat. LOL. ;D ;D

Well dang, I got on the scale and I had DROPPED weight. I just don't get my body these days. Try to lose and it sticks like glue, not try eat like a hog and it goes away.

newfygirl ... you only gained 3 pounds over the holidays? That is amazing and you should be proud of yourself.
Any woman who has kids at home and can keep the weight gain over the holidays should be proud!

I can feel it though. Ick. Today was somewhat warm (it hit 30!) And I took the dogs for a walk after church. It felt so good to get outside and walk them. They are both snoozing now.

3 lbs is not much, I think I fluctuate that much from day to night.

Between the holidays and being stuck in this CAM boot, I did pick up a few - and it was scary. This morning I'm back to being friends with my scale, it's about where it was before the boot. With any luck the boot comes off the end of next week and I can at least get back to walking.
