The company has been sold. The only difference in formulation between Coat so Soft and Pet so Soft is the pH.
I guess we search it out and snap it up. I'm glad I have a gallon on hand. It is my favorite bug spray for ME.

I guess I'll add some vinegar to the pet spray then. (little web research indicates horses skin PH is a bit more acidic than peoples and dogs have a higher PH than us)

That is what I do - I just mixed the Clac, added a lil bit of vinegar, some clove essence and a bit of grape seed oil.

I guess I'll order a gallon. Why can't I get the ingredients ans make it myself? Or something similar?

Well when they were producing it the Rio Vista was not much more than ingredients would cost and the convenience was well worth it. I'm bummed but not surprised that a California based company could not keep going. Talk about changing into a hostile place to run a business.
