Any tips as to how to jolt your metabolism. After 28 pounds I've stopped and can't seem to lose anymore.
1350 calories a day. Cut down more?

Add an extra 10-15 minutes to your exercise. Don't cut down on calories anymore than that. The exercise will help give you more energy
I hate those plateaus!

For me the trick is to get a flare of my sarcoidosis. LOL Dropped 4 lbs toot quick. Course then its stopped again but I just keep plugging at the exercise. See I just stopped dieting. It is the ONLY symptom I like about this darn disease.

L. Exercise. Can you tread mill? But on a slight incline... I use 2.5 incline steady and go up and down. I know having a working farm is hard work but your body is used to it.

That and time. I find I lose weight then it takes time to drop the sizes, and then the hardest part is the skin has to shrink back. If you lose it too fast you then get that too much loose skin, its not a good look. I had some good news when I went to my lung Dr for my 6 month check up, I had dropped 10 lbs since March. Nice and slow weight loss is the way to go.
