I hardly ever drink milk, but when I do its skim or maybe 1%. Whole milk tastes sour to me. Like I'm drinking sour cream. blech!

I would say add some Nestle's Quik to your skim milk, but that kinda defeats the purpose. :-)

Whole milk should not have a sour taste unless it has become old in the store. I LOVE the fresh whole milk I get off the farm.

I drink a 1% too, the Skim is jsut gross, tastes like watered down milk. Gags me everytime. We call whole milk- paint- in my house, usually we get 1% but we used to drink Skim, but only Stewarts brand Skim milk from where we were in upstate NY. No stewart's shops down here in KY.

LOL You could drink plain water...... I used to drink hot cocoa in my morning coffee, OMG so GOOD. But WOW fattening. So I save that for special days and just sweeten the coffee now, it took a long while to get used to it but now its fine. If your just using the milk in coffee or on cereal it will only take a while to get used to it. But I usually get 1% if I drink milk. LOL

One time, I gained SIX pounds in a month and about passed out since I couldn't figure out why. Well, a place I drove by everyday had a "mocha special" going on and I was buying them several mornings a week. As far as I know, that was the only dietary change I made and the weight just jumped on me. It doesn't take much....
I don't drink milk or alcohol - calories that don't satiate my appetite enough. Water... and more water....
