I just learned some new techniques for strength training using exercise ball, your own body weight and a band. It was do-able, but I felt it much more the next day then i do after weight lifting. I am definately going to learn more about this as it seems very effective and you don't need a gym to do it!
Anybody else adding in strength training?

I am doing weight machines for strength training. As I am losing fat also (I've dropped about 20 pounds so far) I get excited to see muscle definition popping up in unexpected places. I go to the gym and then I also spend a good amount of time walking. I try to get in 1 1/4 hrs working out, but the past month and a half I have really slacked off. I'm trying to pick it back up again.
