I FINALLY went to work out today! I've been walking, but that's not the same as lifting weights. I had joined up last October and had been going really regularly up until we all got sick. I even managed to be able to go to a fitness center while I was visiting my parents around Christmas time. But I totally slacked off for, what, over a month now?
I hope I can manage to make it back tomorrow!

I don't usually go to the gym on weekends, but I always try to get something in that is aerobic or strength.

I didnt' make it back today... the kids' school camping trip starts Tuesday and I wanted to make sure that everything was packed. I'm glad I did, because, no matter how organized we are, that seems to end up taking 5X longer than it should. I WILL GO BACK TOMORROW!!!!

During the week I'm pretty good about doing the exercise bike and stretches most days - and I'm adding hula hoop - I'm building time on that thing Saturday I did my 15 minutes of bike, did a few other things then heard a great song on my headphones and hopped on for another 5 minutes! Did a bunch of hooping (well, for me) and later had a full hour working ride. Sunday, I started house cleaning - swept/vacuumed/mopped all the floors and swapped closets with hubby - man, that really felt like a workout; I could barely move last night. But this morning, back to the bike, stretches and hooping and I feel pretty good.

Planted garden today. Does that count? Rode my pony for an hour but we just dinked, don't think that counts. And I did my two mile brisk walk with Tumbles, doing that six times a week and I need to start adding more miles....
