I started back on WW, sort of, right after Christmas, but really set up my journaling last week. And joined the gym with my sister. So we went Sun, Mon, Tues and Thurs last week. Still working up to doing anything tough, but starting on some light weights and cardio. And I am happy to say I am down 3.8 lbs. ;D Being able to go to the gym with a buddy is so, so cool. Especially my sister. Even if we both don't want to go, one of us will get contrary and make the other go anyway. So it's a lot of fun. I will say, between the gym and riding 2 horses, I don't have much left in my poor legs tho. *whine* Just pushing thru and hoping they get better. And figuring out ways to stop Remy and Aries from taking advantage of it. Boogers. LOL I have 46.2 lbs to go to my goal, see where I'm at and if I am happy there. With dedication I should be pretty dang close by summer time.

Good for you! I'm still swimming. And my weight is still stuck hovering at the 200-199 mark. LOL I am hoping that when we get my blood pressure thing figured out it will go down some more. But I haven't been this light in over 20 years. I HAVE to keep on swimming, its also firming up what flab is left. Plus its good for my heart & lungs. I have 25 more lbs to make it to my goal. Slowly but surely. Give it about 6 weeks and you will start to get fitter and it will be easier. Just got to make it to the 6 week start. Good for you to have a buddy.

;D ;D ;D Good for you ;D ;D ;D It sure does help when you have someone push you....unlike my dh who brings home snicker bars and the like everytime I let him go to the store without me But... what I mean is .....GREAT job!
