I made this at Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. We very nearly licked the bowl clean!
red and/or green leaf lettuce or a combination of ripe pear gorgonzola cheese dried cranberries walnuts raspberry vinaigrette
Combine all ingredients then toss with the vinaigrette dressing.
The pear and gorgonzola compliment each other wonderfully and the walnuts and cranberries add a bit of texture and the dressing is tart and not too sweet addition.

I LOVE this!!! They serve this at the really high end resturants here in town. It's so easy and sooooo good!

I had this at a swanky restaurant in Charleston, SC a couple years ago. It was served on the fanciest of fancy field greens, whose names I can't remember because I never see them in our stores. I swooned all the time I was eating it.
