Doing the Snoopy dance. I've lost 8 lbs since my last dance competition. I've been suck at the same weight for like 6 months and could not get past it. I sort of gave up a little bit, but never went past were I stopped - thank goodness!
It's been really hard to look at my photos! Dr. OZ did an easy to stick to diet the "other day." I've been trying to put protein with all my meals. Still having some of the fun stuff like pancakes every now and again, but instead of 4 with syrup - 2 with syrup, fruit and a bit of protein.
I've started snacks between breakfast and lunch - a hand full of almond or pistachios and a hand full of dried fruit like peaches.
For lunch I'm eating my veggies FIRST and more of them with a bit of protein.
I have a snack between lunch and dinner with a fruit and a few almonds.
Dinner portions are much smaller, but heavier on the veggies and a small protein.
The rule is NO food after 7:45, but I broke that when I didn't get home until 8. I had a bit of meat. BUT I was down a pound this morning.
One thing I HAVE noticed is I've cut back on my water intake. NOT good I need to work at drinking MORE.
YEA I'm back to working at setting 10 pound goals. I don't feel deprived and I feel like I'm back on track again! ;D

I'm going to have to try that. I'm stuck too. I need to lose my last 5 and I just can't seem to do it. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but I think it will make a difference. I felt good at that weight and now I still feel flabby.
