I downloaded this app to my Droid today and set up an account and my fitness goals. According to the amount of calories they say I can have today and factoring in what I've eaten, I can't have supper! LOL! Seriously, though, I probably can if I exercise for the amount of time I said I would (30 minutes). I guess I shouldn't have chosen the day that we had our Ladies Mentoring Luncheon to start my calorie tracking . . . ;D
Anyway, my goal is to lose 1 pound per week till I reach my target weight of 120.
Guess I'll be out mowing the lawn with the push mower this afternoon to help get that exercise requirement met. It'll be tough, though, given we're under a heat advisory till 7 p.m. with current heat indices of roughly 102. Maybe by 6 p.m. it'll be down to 99 or so with the heat index.
When I get back inside after mowing, I guess it'll be time to dust off the Wii Fit, as well . . . I have GOT to get some of this weight off and get more fit, for myself AND my family!

Fell off the calorie wagon a bit today but made up for it by doing Wii Fit aerobics (aerobics, rhythm boxing, and run). I'm feeling really blah from falling off that wagon so maybe that'll motivate me to stay on it tomorrow!

Happy dance! Happy dance! I've lost 1.5 pounds this past week!
I'm sore from doing Wii Fit aerobics (aerobics, jog, rhythm boxing) for 35 minutes Tuesday night and 33 minutes Wednesday night, but I'm not gonna quit!

*groan* Still sore from mowing (push mower) for an hour yesterday but burned a lot of calories doing it. Today I've eaten 180 calories so far and burned nearly 300 doing housework.
