OK - time for everyone to check in - I'm anxious to hear how minniemae is doing this week!
I lost weight again last week - and I ate all my daily points, weekly points, and 15 activity points - and dropped 3.7 pounds. I just love WW PP!
Drumroll please - I have now lost 50.6 pounds! Or - 10 bags of sugar! I can feel and see my collarbones - haven't done that for a long time. It only took 21 weeks - I reached one of the "kind of sort of" goals I set for myself by Memorial Day.
Next goal - 25 more pounds by September. And - I didn't have to go on the "Biggest Loser" to do it either - of course they lost twice as much as I did in 19 weeks, but I don't exercise nearly as much as they did (ok - I haven't exercised the whole time as much as they did in 3 days - who am I kidding.....)

Not much today... only 1/2 pound drop

I am finally starting to lose the 5-6 lbs I gained over winter. I have about 4 to go. I think over the winter its just too much of the sitting around thing...in the nice weather I'm so much more active.

I lost 2lbs on week 1, but week 2 I'm staying exactly the same. This week I plan on adding in more exercise and see if that jump starts it.

I'm going to jump in here....finally bit the bullet and joined WW online. And let just say, for the record, 29 points can go bye-bye SO quickly!
In the past two years I had gained nearly 20 lbs....by treating myself royally....burger king, dairy queen, heavenly hash ice cream....you get the picture.
Spending so much time driving to and from - the barn, the new house, the old house - fast food was just easier. But I still had to fix dinner for DH, so I'm nibbling while I'm cooking. Result - weight too high and cholesterol too high.
So, I'm changing some bad habits and picking up the slack. Added an extra day of barn chores - I hate treadmills - and I started swimming in the lake. Well, with my ski belt, its more like bobbing in the lake while moving my arms and legs. But,hey! It works!
Lost 8 pounds so far and can see little better tone in my legs. Nothing I'm ready to show in public yet, so long pants will remain a wardrobe staple.
So, the holidays are inching closer and closer....what's your strategy?
