I wasn't able to go to my exercise class Wed. as I babysat the neighbor's son. Today, I am taking Muffin down the road to have the local stable evaluate him. He has not been trained. Until last year, he was fine having Rachel sit on his back, but then he started to go all bucky on us. Now that Rachel knows the basics, we need to see if we can get Muffin to be able to do the basics too. I take him there at 10:30.
Since I did not have time to get to class, I just finished a 2 mile walk 1 minute, jog 30 seconds routine. I did end up jogging for over a minute a couple times. I know I could jog most of the way, but I don't want to over do it and am slowly building myself up to being able to jog the entire time.
What have you accomplished this week?

what have I accomplished? Well I think I have my mo-jo back. (WHAT is mo-jo? ) My worst day is thursday when I go grocery shopping. I bought some pumpernickel bread and whole wheat dinner rolls from the deli. Can't stay away from bread!! Oh well.. I put most of it in the freezer so I won't be tempted.

My accomplishment is....I decided to stop taking the AdreneVive and see what happens. I lost 2 pounds in 2 days. I don't see anywhere that a side effect is supposed to be weight gain---in fact it is supposed to help you lose weight....but I had gained 6+ pounds in just a few weeks and I was still watching every morsel into my mouth. In the past 2 days I have eaten the same and my weight dropped. I will try it a few more days to see if it was a fluke...if I continue to lose I will call my doctor to ask her about it.
