DELICIOUS. I took a 2 pound Pork Tenderloin roast and dumped it in the crock pot. I chopped up 2 carrots and threw them in. In a measuring cup, I stirred together 1 chopped onion, a couple TBSP of beef boullion stuff, celery salt, pepper, and 4 cups of merlot. Poured that over the roast. Threw in some mushrooms. Added 2 cups of water. Tastes like something I'd eat again Forgot to add: couple spoonfuls of sugar to the wine mixture.
