I finally got the treadmill cleared off and started walking on Tuesday. I am sure the treadmill went into spasms after being turned off for so long! They say it takes 3 weeks to establish a habit and 1 week to break it. So far so good. I am doing 30 min at a moderate pace. It feels good to be moving again.
I am thinking of doing acupuncture after the new year, too. I have heard from others that is is very good for helping with fibromyalgia. I am hoping I can decrease the amount of meds I take to control it. I am tired of my life revolving around a pill schedule!
Tee is also doing her best to get me back onto WW! We will see if she succeeds!

Good for you. I've also heard that medical massage can help fibromyalgia too. I found a good one! She did wonder for my Plantar Fasciitis, I'm finally pain free!
