Please post your choice for FREE photo editing sites. I especially need one that will help with red eye or white eye. If you have thoughts on a site that are NOT good, please share those so I will stay away from them.  |

Photoscape www.photoscape.org/ps/main/index.php I like this program because it will save your original pictures in a folder, so that if you make changes and don't like them after you have saved it, you still have the original photo. It also has a round crop tool wihich is grear for scrapbooking and crafts. |

www.gimp.org/"Open Source" - developed by folks who love to develop software and give to the community of users. GIMP can do lots of different kinds of photo editing, similar to photoshop, including red-eye removal. However, if you already know photoshop, you may get a bit confused with GIMP, as they have a slightly different terminology and way of going about the edits. If you've never used photoshop before, then you have nothing to unlearn! There are a lot of good tutorials for GIMP, so try it out.
