My weigh in day is Monaday morning. I was down .8 this morning for the week. I am just content losing slowly. Before, I have tried to lose quickly, but have burnt myself out and given up. Oh, I had a NSV as well! The other day, I went to Target and saw a pair of shorts I liked on the regular rack. I did not try them on at the store, but instead bought them thinking they'd fit in a month or two. They fit perfectly! In fact they are a little baggy! ;D ;D ;D It was such a nice feeling purchasing something that was not on the plus sized rack. Even though it is cold and rainy here today, I had to wear them to my WW meeting! I hope you are all having a great week! Oops I had to edit a major spelling error

Cool NSV on the shorts!
Ever since Shiloh landed on my foot, I haven't been doing really well - too much time spent w/ my foot propped up.
I did bring my lunch today and have plans for lunch & dinner the next couple of days. Guess I better figure breakfasts out.

Thats fantastic Vicki~! You, too Dorothy!!!!
We should add up all the weight we have lost, say by July 1 and show pics of what it would look like. Most of us carry bags of grain so we know how heavy they are--- I want to lose 1.5 bags--right now down 3/5 of one. How about everyone else???
Keep up the great work, I fell on my face this week with my eating--- I just got home after spending the last 5 days in San Diego with my son. We had mexican, we had strawberry marjaritas and ohhhh, I attacked a bag of jelly beans. My weigh in is tomorrow and I'm afraid I have gained a lb or even worse--- Oh well, I'm back to behaving myself as of today.

I'm on my way back down, thank goodness. I think I finally got all this diet/medication/glucose thing straightened out. Vicki, congratulations to you! WW absolutely rocks, there's no doubt about it. Barb, you're doing fantastic! I'm glad you had a minor indulgence and recovered. You're doing enough right that a small slip up here and there won't matter. I applaud your resolve and admire your tenacity. RR, you crack me up. You look just fine! But I so agree, best to get it taken care of before you're out of your normal jeans.

*snork* MA...I'm not back in my normal jeans yet! Couple years ago I had a certain size that was a wee snug, but for stretch jeans was juuuuust right. Rude awakening was last year when I couldn't squeeze them on anymore-and they were my glove jeans. I loved them Got a size up from them last year at horse fair, and they became too tight. Two sizes up were snug this winter... welllllllll...the other day I was out of clean jeans and guess what! I squeezed my bread dough into my little jeans Probly too snug for public, but it was do-able for riding outside! Comfy like breeches

Bread dough, that is PERFECT! Absolutely how I feel but at least its shrinking--
This morning, after my shower I grabbed jeans and a sweatshirt and couldn't understand why the jeans were snug. They are the smaller ones, size 14!!!!! yippppeee started this in Jan. in a size 20, I can say I'm proud of myself.
