This is tonights dessert to do with the grilled chicken salad
24 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt 8 oz peeled oranges, segmented & chopped 3 tbls grated orange peel 3 tbls orange blossom honey
3 cups granola 12 oz peeled orange, segmented 12 oz strawberries, trimmed & quartered grated orange peel for garnish
1. prepare orange-honey yogurt: Combine yogurt, chopped orage, grated orange peel & honey in large bowl. Whisk until completely blended. 2. For each parfair, spoon 1/2 c granola ito bottom of 8 oz glass 3. spoon 1/4 c orange-honey yogurt onto granola. Do not push the yogurt to the sides of the glass, as it will spread naturally. 4. top yogurt with 1 oz of each orange segments & strawberries 5. dollop about 1 tbls yogurt on strawberries 6 garnish with grated orange peel
