for dessert Saturday, this is what I made..YUMMMMMM
1 1/2 c finely chopped Oreo cookies
1/2 c finely chopped chocolate covered mint patties
1 qt (4c) cold milk
2 pkgs chocolate instant pudding/pie filling
2-4 drops green food coloring
2 cups frozen whipped dessert topping (thawed)
1. Mix chopped cookies & mint patties in small bowl..set aside
2. Pour milk in medium bowl. Add pulling mix. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes
3. Stir food coloring into whipped topping until well blended.
4. In parfait or dessert glasses, add these layers: pudding, whipped topping, cookie crumble, pudding, whipped topping, cookie crumble.
5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
Makes about 12 servings, 2/3c each.
