Is it merely a coincidence that Stateline Tack and Horseloverz.com
both have headquarters in Hazleton PA.?
Are they both the same company?

I believe State Line and Horse.com are owned by the same company as well. I think.

Equiteric also owns Horseloverz.com - or used to.
I never could figure out why they split into 2 companies on ebay.

I ordered some stuff from equiteric on ebay, and they let me combine shipping with a purchase off horseloverz.com website. You have to shop carefully, but for routine stuff, they are great. They often have coupon specials of free or reduced shipping too.
Don't know about stateline...
