4 cups Black Raspberries 1 cup sugar 1/3 cup tapioca (not cooked) use less if you want a juicier pie ( or you can use about 4 tablespoons of flour)
Mix all the above ingredients together
pastry for a double crust 9 inch pie
bake at 425 40 to 45 minutes
Pie mix can be prepared ahead of time and frozen
do not precook the filling
