Okay so I went ahead and tried to make this without eggs...so when I came to the baking powder part I used baking soda instead (lol hey they sounds like they are the same).
Pickles turned out really pretty but because of the baking soda thing and missing the eggs it was a bit too greasy and had a icky taste to it (don't recommend trying it that way)...ahhh well I guess I'll just have to go out and get the right ingredients.

Yummm I LUV deep fried pickles. oh yummm....never thought of making them myself though!! Stop it Merri, sigh... when I am over on the equifit thread I will be blaming you, LOLOL....
