Since my hypnotherapy session on Saturday morning, I haven't been snacking... but my stomach has felt hungry and growly all weekend. I have cravings for tea and water... going to ask her about that this Saturday. I just made a good supper, and finally feel full, but felt fuller faster than I normally would, and ended up only finishing about 3/4 of my plate.
I made chicken bacon wrapped boneless chicken breasts, with thyme, rosemary and oregano as a spice topping. MMmm Made home made oven roasted potatoes, with some sunflower oil & garden herbs.. and broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mix, with a light cheese sauce.
Ohhh man was it good. I totally enjoyed every moment of it... which is funny, cause normally I would eat and get to whatever else I needed to do.
I think the stomach growling, is the fact that I'm not filling myself up when I need to be.. I feel MUCH better now. I'll have some pomegranate/green tea for snack later. Bry and Brad bought nachos and cheese sauce for their snack later.... I loooove nachos and cheese... but I really don't want any. Which is also strange.
I've downed 4 cups of green tea today, and about 2 bottles of water. I'm sweetening the tea with a touch of honey.. I don't like the taste of sugar or splenda in my tea... has to be honey, and just a pinch, I'm trying to wean myself off of it... but then again I sing.. and honey is good for my chords, so I'm not really wanting to give it up. I need to have my own little indulgence somewhere! Besides... I think honey is better for you than sugar anyway... is it not?
I've started rambling! LOL
In all, I really think this hypnosis has curbed my stress eating.. I'm so much more relaxed. My little "no" voice in my head has become much easier to listen to..
