Anything is better than nothing. What'd you do today? I did two days of Start it Up in the Slim in 6, and today did my first Ramp it Up. I'm tired. But a good tired. ;D

Today? I remembered to walk quickly, not slowly, during the first 1/3 of my grocery shopping trip.
I've done better this week with doing stairs in the parking garage.
Still haven't gotten any "real" exercise, but am a teeny bit more active.

I, too, went grocery shopping. And even pushed the cart back to the store rather than leaving in the parking lot I'm still in the process of weight lifting...carrying my bags back into the house Later today I'll probably get some cardio in by playing with my dog. I HAYTE exercise, so if I do it in other forms, I do it more. Oh oh oh...and I'm gonna get some arm fitness by rubbing on my horse later as well.

I need a kick in the butt on this. I have a bunch of good excuses, but I only exercised twice this week, and pretty light at that! I was doing it 4-5 times a week including 1 or 2 intense sessions and I have fallen off the wagon and it is starting to make me feel tireder and tireder.... crap, this working longer days is interfering with my personal life!

I just took the dogs for a 2+ mile brisk walk. I really tire them out so as soon as we get home, they sleep for a long time.

Gosh, I don't know for sure when I'll have time! I was out in the barn by seven, had the cat down at the vet's for a neuter by eight, by nine I left to get Andy back for Dr Dan, just walked in the door and am waiting for Doc and Cherokee. He'll be here until at least three or four, then Andy goes back, then I have to make supper and do chores, and by then it should be after seven! I get up at five, so I don't see me doing much else besides cleaning up and going to bed. My calesthenics might just have to be in my jaw today--- talking. Shoot, all three of us do that well.

Mary Ann, your day, in a nutshell, certainly qualifies as exercise in my book. And our jaw exercises were quite...well...suitable

I went to the gym yesterday and worked out on the darn I can never remember the name...it says its a cross trainer but it has a different name-for a 1/2 hour. Then did a bit of the machines that work specific areas, I worked on tummy, legs, and hip and buttocks. With a bit of arms. Of course then too I chopped down some trees that needed it at home. Wish I could do the treadmill but my ankle is still stiff and between that and my knee I limp and its really hard on the treadmill to get enough speed to get a good workout. I want to try the stair thingie but its always so busy. I will go again tomorrow.

keep exercising? was I supposed to start? I took the dogs for a brisk walk today for about 30 minutes. I've been climbing stairs on deliveries instead of taking the elevators... by the time I get to the 3rd floor, I feel like I'm going to faint. lol I don't have a scale... should I buy one? Deby
