Well, at least my abs think so! I love it actually, the program is really straightforward and easy to do, takes 20 minutes, is more relaxing than anything!
I didn't feel it till this morning... UGH! MY ABS! Holy hell they hurt! I really recommend the ball workout!

Glad to hear how they work! I have one, but I haven't inflated it yet - it's not the Pilate, though. One of my co-workers told me make sure I'm next to a wall, because I'll fall off if I don't get used to it first!

If you have one, I really recommend going and getting the pilates ball dvd. Any one should work, I got the one with the twins Sofie and... I can't remember the other one's name. But they're blonde.. it was a box set that I got.
yeah, wow, it really works you out... and it's totally low impact which is what I want.

I've been seriously considering getting one of those. My abs are my worst area and I know if I strengthen them, it will help my lower back.

I have always enjoyed the exercise ball when it comes to core exercises. The Core Secret DVDs are really good and they always given me a good workout. One of my favorite exercises is laying flat and then passing the ball from my hands to my feet and back again. I try to do about 50 of those/day now. If you need lower ab work, putting a smaller size ball under your knees and holding on with your heels and doing a reverse curl really makes the lower abs talk, helps with that island or dunlap as MA calls it.

The dunlap is up higher than the island. Both are south of the goodbyes and north of the Smithfield hams. (That's what thighs look like when they lay across a saddle. Complete with beige packaging. ) Alenka, where the heck do you store a ball that size???

HAHAHAHA!!! I have a stepper that is quite compact, and it sits back against the wall, and I slide my ball in behind the handlebars and the wall, and it stays there till I whip it out! LOL It's not in the way at all! And you know... since starting my workouts... I'm honest to god-finding that my posture is straightening out, and my tummy is becoming more taught... I can't wait till a few months! My weight is going slowly... but I'm taking consideration I'm starting to build up muscles. So I'll probably lose more after gaining a few muscle pounds.
