I told you my cholesterol really hasn't improved for all of my exercising this last year nor has my pant size, but now my blood pressure is climbing.
When I went in on the 5th it was 120/86, when I went in last Friday for follow up, I forgot to ask what it was so when I spoke to them today, because I still haven't received a printout of my bloodwork, I asked what it was last Friday - 140/90. Me whose bloodpressure has always been in the 110/60 range no matter what my weight or even how pregnant. I know my numbers are still within normal but why are they going up with all of the exercise I do. Argh.
I asked the nurse to speak to the doctor about it and get back to me. I have an appointment with the physical therapist tomorrow and the dietician next Friday so I am doing what the doctor wanted. I still have to make the appointment for the sleep study though. I think I am subconsciously procrastinating on that one because my hubby said I am probably going to have to spend the night there. Yuck.

I can't imagine what might be causing this, but I admire how you're being so proactive about it. It may mean you need medication, and there's nothing wrong with that. But you've been a great example to all of us concerning getting more fit and dealing with it head on.
Keep us posted, okay?
