215.8 ! I can't believe it. I'm not starving myself. I eat about 1800 cals a day. I just try to be really careful what I eat and how much.
And I've lost an inch and a half off my waist!
I haven't seen this weight since baby Athena was here! And she's 6 years old now!
I'm moving so much better. I feel so much better. I can look at myself in the mirror and not cry.

Oh Chris, you have to promise me that you'll never look in the mirror and cry again! It doesn't matter what you weigh; you are a Child of God, precious, most beautiful and unique. Our bodies are just containers which carry us around. They're kind of like a car, in that we travel around in them and service them and we wash them and we occasionally fill them with junk. (Ugh, you should see my back seat right now, talk about junk in the trunk! It's all tack!!!) I've had days where I've wanted to change my car, or clean out my car, and I've wished it wasn't rusty or dinged. But I have never cried on account of my car because it's not me. It's just. A car.
Congrats on your loss! I know it feels good! Kinda like when we get done at the car wash, and even the bumpers are sparkly. Shoot, I figure by spring I'll feel like I've been detailed. ;D

Way to go Chris.
I read but didn't respond to the post about how "fat" people are treated differently than thin. I do agree that there is a difference BUT I think that how you believe in yourself and carry yourself when out in public makes a huge difference in how you are treated, fat or thin. I think you are proving this true Chris because you have started to believe in yourself again and from your posts, I am sure it is carrying through to the attitude you project about yourself and you are finding the way people react to you to be differently. Just look at Ray, he is running scared, he knows something has changed in you and he can't figure out what it means to him so he is negative about you.
All I can say is......you go girl!!!
