Don't buy Smart Ones frozen ravioli meal unless you really, really, REALLY like basil.

LOLOL!!
Also, those "meals" are not complete meals.
They should be solidified with a cup of extra veggies, or a salad. They are not a full meal alone.

WHAT? Basil's not a veggie?? I tend not to like the Smart Ones that much - except for the Santa Fe chicken. Now the Kashi meals on the other hand..... ummmm, ummmm good.

I like Lean Cuisine batter myself. Except for the chicken enchilada suzanne, although you do need to add a bit of salsa. But with salsa being no points.... I usually have cereal for breakfast with 1% milk and a banana, lunch is usually a sandwich of some sort on high fiber bread. (yes I am as regular as clockwork-LOL) and then dinner is one of the lean cuisines, along with a huge salad and italian dressing. I even get desert, a skinny cow, or like last night it was a bowl of frozen strawberries.

I find Smart Ones repulsive. I don't know why, maybe it is the quality of the ingredients. I think Lean Cuisines and Healthy Choice are generally (but not always) better. I tried a couple of South Beach frozen meals and they were horrible - like toss em out horrible. I had one left and decided to brave it. It was the best frozen dinner I have ever had... it was some kind of cheesy chicken things. Of course, I couldn't find it again....
I don't have these often anymore, but they are nice for something quick and no brainer.

I like the Lean Cuisine - I have been bringing one to work most days. I try to stick to a meat, vegetable, whole grain version. The salmon is also pretty good. Every now and then I treat myself to a cup of Cajun Jumbalaya from the soup place next door. It is soooooo good.
I definitely won't be buying the others, thanks for the warning.

Ok You can add the smart ones chocolate Eclairs to that yuck list. Never thought I would say that about something with chocolate in it. Course maybe it would be better thawed? Na wasn't much better.
