When you discover it's your choice and your attitude, things start to happen!
****************** It's been a week since the Equifit initial weigh in.
Did you accomplish what you wanted?
Can you keep the good, and leave the bad behind?
It's a new week and a new day. Anyone can do this!

Great quote, Lori! Yes, I've accomplished what I wanted. I'm getting in my groove and it feels really good. I remember when I first had a big weight loss more than 20 years ago. For me, maintaining wasn't even hard because I integrated and kept new eating habits. When I went back to school I got stoopid and decided to try and tempt fate. The best thing about hindsight is that it's 20/20, and we can learn from it. I can do this. Honestly, now that I'm in my groove, it isn't even hard.
