Probably getting back into riding is the only thing I have put off. Actually, I have a very detailed wieght loss rewards system for myself which included taking driving lessons. Right when I hit that milestone, the opportunity to lease Don fell into my lap! I am still a bit away from returning to riding.
I think these exercises are really great for people who have truely put their lives on the shelf due to weight! I still buy new clothes, wear makeup, go swimming, go out and about etc no matter what my weight. As I told my sister, I don't have to look at myself and I don't actually care too much what others think.
