WW tells you to only weigh once a week, at the official weigh in. Saturday morning I weigh myself in the morning before going to WW, wearing the same clothes. It has a memory function, so I always save my Saturday am results for comparison. My scale doesn't match theirs exactly, but it is under by a predictable amount. Then, I always do a midweek check in at home, generally on Wednesday. In the past, I have done the daily weighing thing too, and as long as you don't let it drive you batty, I personally think that works fine too. I know some people that have to hide their scales or they weigh themselves multiple times a day.... or let the results influence their day too much.

It doesn't drive me nuts, so I often do weigh every day.
However, only the MONTHY total really counts. I keep a monthly chart.
I'll post weekly here, though.

I'm a daily type. When I was on WW, I had to switch to daily because if I was higher than the week before, THAT would drive me batty. But if I was lower, lower, same, lower and THEN higher on weigh in day, I could blow it off as just a stoopid fluctuation.
Once a day only, first thing in the morning. My scale's so accurate it measures ounces, so I do just once and take it all with a grain of salt. Loris' right; over time is all that really matters.

Almost daily, but days like today (when I pigged out at my party last night) I won't weigh.

Smart thinking, Dorothy. In the big picture, it's just one teensy pixel.

Since I'm trying to loose for health goals like lower blood pressure and healthy waist size - and my scale is crappy - I'm focusing on those numbers instead of weight. I do weigh, but take it with a large grain of salt. I have a home blood pressure monitor, I had it checked by my doctor and its accurate. And my measuring tape is low-tech, so I trust it ;D

weekly. If I remember. I weigh first thing in the morning after I pee, and with not a stitch on. Heck my robe weighs over 5 lbs, course maybe I should take the nails out of the pockets..... Sure feels good to see it going in the right direction for a change.

Man, I aint gettin' on a scale more then once a week LOL numbers start bouncing in my head and I stop processing anything else and start focusing entirely on that. *ACK* I'm an over thinker...guess no one figured that out, huh?

LOL! It's too cold in my house, and the scale's too far away from the bedroom to weigh nekkid (and besides, it'd scare the dog). So I weigh in pretty much the same kind of clothes every day. It's always a bonus in spring when I get up and start wearing short sleeves, though! ;D Lisa, I used to feel like you. I guess our needs change and we need different things at different times. I may end up going back to being a once a week weigher too, if I feel it would work for me better. Funny how we're not just all different, but our same selves can be different at different times. And only an overthinker could follow that.

I do twice a week, at most. At my meeting on Thursday, and then typically on Monday.
