I don't know if everyone has TJ's available but I love that store. They have great stuff, good prices AND the people that work there all seem so happy to be there!
Anyway, if you haven't tried it, check out the soups they have in the boxes. There is a roasted red pepper and tomato, butternut squash, veggie medley etc. I love them, they are low points (1 or 2 per cup depending on the flavor; 80-120 calories a cup) and I can pronounce all the ingredients... nothing too weird or scary. Sadly, still have about 400mg of sodium. If you want to get fancy, you can put a dollop of lowfat sour cream, or chopped chives on top, but I only do that if I am serving company. I like them just nekkid. Anyway, I am supposed to be eating a lot of fruits and veggies and in the winter time I like having healthy veggie soups for part of that allowance as it is more of a warm comfort food.

That sounds great, wish we had a Trader Joes, 400mg of sodium is okay. I'll have to check to see if they have a website.
