This corn casserole has been a must at every Thanksgiving and Christmas meal at our house for years. Corn Casserole 1 can Creamed Corn 1 can Whole Kernal Corn (drained) 1 package Jiffy Cornbread Mix 8 oz carton Sour Cream 1 egg 4 tablespoons melted butter Combine all the ingredients and stir together. Put into an 8 x 8 square baking dish Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

tastes like cornbread Did you substitute the sour cream today? I couldn't tell a difference.

I had enough ingredients to make a single batch, so I didnt double it ..
I was afraid of ruining the flavor so I didnt use cream cheese and vinegar
