COLA CHICKEN
Okay, this is going to sound really weird, and it is a weight watchers recipe, but my family was crazy about this one... just don't tell anyone the ingredients
1 cup of good BBQ sauce OR ketchup (I used Baby Rays BBQ-yum) 1 can diet coke (I used died pepsi) 4 4oz chicken breasts, thawed is better
Put it all in a skillet and cook for about 40 min covered, medium heat. Remove lid and cook down sauce to thicken. I added a little cornstarch to thicken. I also put a bit of diced onions in the works.
TACO JUNK
1 Pound Lois Rich Pure Ground Turkey, cooked, rinsed and drained 1 (11 oz.) Cans Whole Kernel Corn, drained and rinsed 1 (15.5 oz.) Can Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed 2 (.4 oz.) Packages Ranch Salad Dressing (Dry Mix) 1 (10 oz) Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies 1 (16 oz.) Jar Salsa (hot, medium, or mild)
Mix all ingredients together. Place in crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. You can server this with baked chips, in a taco salad, etc. I put it on baked tostada shells with fat free refried beans, lettuce, onion, and fat free sour cream.

Works with beef too, just different nutrition info. Excellent on warmed corn tortillas.
