So I have mounds of chives and parsley right now that I brought home from my mom's house this weekend.
At her suggestion, I chopped up the parsley, drizzled it with olive oil, and put it in the freezer. Same went for the chives, except without the olive oil.
Now, I have this stuff neatly tucked away, what do I do with it?
How and when do you like to use herbs--particuarly parsley--in your cooking?

Oh gosh, my very favorite parsley use is steamed red new potatoes with butter and parsley. OMG..
Chives you can use in many places where you'd use onions, but you want a milder flavor and a little pretty color.
Of course you need lots of parsley for Tabouli.
