I made the Caribean Cornbread recipe tonight. Haven't tasted it yet, but do you mean a 9 x 13 inch pan instead of a 9" square? Batter has flowed all over my oven!

If you try this recipe, please use a 9 x 13" baking pan. Oh, BTW, it is DEELICIOUS... Ray really liked it and he doesn't like cornbread! I just had a piece for my breakfast today.
