1 Cup all purpose flour 1 Cup cornmeal 2 Table spoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 Cup butter, soft at room temp. 3/4 Cup sugar 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups canned cream style corn 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained 1 cup shredded Mont Jack cheese, or white cheddar
Pre Heat oven 325 Butter and flour 9" sq baking dish (I use silicone) Mix flour,cornmeal,baking powder and salt..set aside using a mixer cream buttern adn sugar while mixer is running add eggs one at a time, beating wellafter each addition add corn, pineapple and cheese, mix to blend at low speed add flour mixture and mix well pour batter into pan and bake until golden brown around edges and tester inserted in the center comes out clean... about 1 hour

Char, I see that Chris questioned the size of the baking dish after she ran it all over her oven. Would you double-check this, please?
