This is from the back of a Hersheys Hugs bag - they call them Tuxedo Brownie Hugs Cookies, and use the white chocolate Hugs - but I find they're much better with the caramel filled kisses.
60 Hersheys Hugs/Kisses, etc., unwrapped (not quite a 13 ounce bag) 1 package (1 pound, 6.5 ounces) original supreme brownie mix with Hersheys syrup pouch 1/4 cup baking cocoa 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs
(by adding the cocoa the cookies come out dryer - extremely moist - almost too moist - if you leave out the cocoa)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. (I actually use mini muffin pans - sprayed with PAM)
Stir brownie mix, syrup pouch, cocoa, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Drop by scant teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet (or in mini muffin tin).
Bake 8 minutes or until set (my oven usually takes 10 to 12 minutes). Cool 1 minute. Press a chocolate into center of each cookie. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool.
