Dessert Cream Cheese Ball
1 pkg softened cream cheese
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup shredded coconut
Mix together form in a ball. Refrigerate til firm and serve with graham crackers or some other appropriate thing.
Savory Cream Cheese Ball
1 pkg softened cream cheese
1 green onion chopped
2 slices fryed crisp bacon, crumbled
small can olive slices
small pkg chopped pecans
Mix together, form in a ball. Refrigerate til firm and serve with wheat crackers.
Broccoli Salad
1 to 2 bunches broccoli florets, broken into bite sized pieces
1 apple, use any tart apple, delicious apples aren’t good for this
1 small box golden raisins
1 vidalia onion
1 lb bacon fried crisp and crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise (real mayo, don’t use salad dressing)
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Tear broccoli into tiny pieces. Chop apple into small pieces. Chop onion. Mix together with raisins. Add Mayo, vinegar and sugar mix to coat everything. Crumble bacon on last. You can chill this for 30 minutes to overnight tastes even better.
Fancy Chicken Salad
4 chicken breast boiled and de-boned
1 apple
1 bunch red or purple grapes.
Small bag pecan pieces or halves.
Mayonnaise to taste
Tear or cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Chop apple into small pieces, skin on. Cut each grape in half. If pecans aren’t already broken, break into small pieces. Mix all together, add mayo to suit your taste and mix in. Chill at least 30 minutes to overnight. This tastes great in a whole wheat pita pocket. You can substitute sun flower kernels for pecans. You could also add chopped celery.
Chicken Spaghetti
1 whole chicken boiled and deboned
1 pkg spaghetti or angel hair pasta, prepared very al dente, or boiled til almost done. ( I boil mine in the chicken broth)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg shredded mozarella cheese
½ of one small green pepper(diced very small)
½ of one small chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried sage
Dash of italian seasoning
In a casserole dish mix together chicken, the soups, the seasoning, the veggies. When that is mixed well add in the noodles and mix well. Put this in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, then remove and sprinkle mozzarella on top. Bake til cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown a little.

Chicken breasts(enough for your family)
Jar of spaghetti sauce(your fav brand)
Can of green beans or bag of frozen green beans
In a 13x9 inch baking pan layer green beans on the bottom then place raw chicken breast on top of green beans. Pour jar of spaghetti sauce over all, cook until the chicken breast are done about an hour in a 350 degree oven. Serve with shredded cheese if desired. Sounds gross but the green beans being cooked in all the juices is really tasty.
