Super Pork Chops
Part one: Sprinkle Chops with: Garlic seasoning salt Black pepper onion powder cover with A-1 Sauce Wrap loosely, yet sealed, in aluminum foil. Cook at 250 degrees for3 hours, or until done.
Part 2: Cut 2 cups of green chillies (I use canned. Mild if you don't like hot. HOT if you do) into strips. Crush 4 cloves (NOT BULBS!) of garlic 1 large onion 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Saute the ingredients of part 2 in butter, until the onions are done. Add to Part 3
Part 3: Drain the excess liquid from the chops. (Save the juice for sauce over the dish if desired.) Put the ingredients from Part 2. OVER the chops. Grate about a ½ cup each of Mozzarella, and Longhorn cheese over the sauteed chillies. Return to oven until the cheese melts. (About 15 minutes)
Serve with "Paprika Potatoes"
Paprika Potatoes peel and cut potatoes into chunks (About 2" square) Add salt, about 1 teaspoon per quart of contents in the pot, counting water and potatoes. Boil for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are done enough to mash, IF you were going to mash them, BUT DO NOT MASH! Drain the chunked potatoes, and put them into a serving bowl. Pour a cup of melted butter over the potatoes. Mix lightly. Sprinkle with black pepper. Then sprinkle with Hungarian paprika. Do not mix, after adding the paprika. Serve!

I think I may try cooking them they way you described in part one but skip the rest. Not a real big fan of anything hot(even most milds hurt my belly) or spicey. Sometimes the odd onion(should say I like onion powered though) but not normally. Thanks for a new way of cooking them. Shakin' bakes getting a little old
