Here's Little Man with his new haircut. Groomer said we should trim him short so air can get to his hot spots (which Gold Bond powder seems to be helping) and after he heals we can let it grow out some. Little Man and Gizmo....she looks really mean, but she actually never touched him! I have more, but I'm too tired to pull all the URL's up again! Amber

He's such a cute little dog! You'll find these dogs love to lay down on the back of the couch, recliner, etc. I think they like it because it's soft and because, from there, they can survey their "kingdom!" Wow, this makes me miss my Eko so very much . . . She'll be 12 in May. She lives with my parents now because she's so tiny and delicate and didn't really feel comfortable once Logan got old enough to start chasing her. When Josh was born, my mom took her home "to help out" and ended up keeping her . . . But Eko is better off there. She's almost blind now and doesn't have to worry about 2 boisterous boys running over her. But I do so miss snuggling up with her and her tiny pink tongue washing my face . . . Whenever we go visit my parents (they live just across town), she lets us know that she's still our baby girl, though. She's my Eko-gecko-sea-monkey-unkey-honey-bunches-of-Eko! Tina

The back of the couch is definitely his "spot." He's got to fight Gizmo for it though, because she likes it too! We have two couches, but they both want the same one! Typical! I think I like him better with long hair, although he is cute with the short hair. And my mom can't call him a "mop" anymore! But I think he'll be really cute with longer hair that is properly trimmed and taken care of. I don't think he'd been brushed in AGES, if ever, when I got him. He let me brush him, though. He is a protective little guy, too! I was on the computer and someone on my instant messenger buddy list signed out. It made a "door slam" noise, and Little Man went running out in the living room, barking like crazy. Which of course set off Lucky and Sammi, who had no idea why he was barking but joined in anyways. They don't even bark when a stranger knocks on the door! They bark at everything else, though! And I put him in his crate in Allisen's room (she sleeps in her bed in our room, though) and put Allisen to bed, and then I went downstairs. He coudln't see me from where his crate is, but he growled when he heard me moving around until I spoke to him. But he's never offered to bite or be aggressive at all. He's a very good Little Man! I might have made a breakthrough on potty training too. So far, if he goes outside it's mere coincidence- he just happened to have to go while we were outside! But tonight he'd peed on the floor, then I caught him getting ready to poop. I hollered "Little Man! No!" and stuffed him in his crate (supper was on the stove, couldn't leave it). As soon as I got the burners turned off I put him on the leash and took him out and he did his business out there. I told him what a good boy he was (he finally understands what "good boy" means, I don't think the poor dog was ever talked to) and brought him in. Hopefully now he has the idea! I can hope, right??? :-) I love this little dog!

OH Rhapsody, I didn't see your pic when I responded. My computer must have been napping! What a cute little dog! :-)
