Someone just called me and told me that Saturday night, just 2 days after getting the kids back, Misty and C were out partying at a rooster fight and smoking meth again. It is unclear whether the kids were with them or at the in-law's house. I also found out the name of the supplier that they are buying meth from. I have a message on the machine for our case worker to call me back. Please please pray that this time they go strictly by the books and remove these kids permanantly.

YOU HAVE THEM! And you and the children will continue to have them.
God bless, Tricia -- I know this is a heartbreaking situation for you.

Prayers in abundance - what are the in-laws thinking? I can understand them wanting to see/have their grandchildren, BUT letting them go back to that? NO WAY.

You have all my prayers and good thoughts. I am so very sorry that the children are going through all this because of the problems of their parents. The children deserve stability and love in abundance rather than to be juggled around like toys and used as pawns by the in-laws. ((HUGS)) and prayers as well as thoughts of peace and comfort

Oh, storming heaven with prayers for those children, Tricia! I'm afraid your sister and her SO will have to find their own way back to sanity. I'm sorry for them because someday, if they live through this, they will regret very much choosing drugs over their children.
I hope and pray that you can get those babies back and help them have a good life.

to God, but swim for shore."
I'd send in an anonymous tip, from the mall, to the police about the supplier’s name and address and any information you have.
You have my prayers and thoughts.

I am sending you prayers good wishes and great hope that justice will be done for those poor children. It is very important that you keep a log and write everything you know down, time, names, places, be very very organised with this. I would call the DA and tell him what you know and what is going on. If they do unlawful activities hopefully the authorities will finally throw the book at them, but knowing law enforcement and the "non"-judicial system I am not holding my breath. "Rooster" fight (we ALL know it is not a 'rooster' fight!!) that is the lowest of the low!!!

"Rooster" fight (we ALL know it is not a 'rooster' fight!!) that is the lowest of the low!!! It's a thingyfight! Seriously, Tricia, those kids need you to get them back right away, by hook or crook. I second noblesse on the documentation. Make your case and good luck to you and the kids! --LJ

Agree with the others, give the authorities some information... if your sister and her SO are arrested and in jail, then those kids will have to come back to you.
Your sister needs to hit her bottom if she's ever going to recover. Apparently, losing the kids once was not bottom for her.
