We need an update. Still crossing fingers, praying and hoping for good outcomes.

I'm sorry Chris; I didn't see this. But I posted up above under the other thread. Thanks so much for all your kind words, thoughts, and prayers. He's marginally better, but still so far from okay it's sick.
Sunday he was just a doorstop; he wouldn't move at all. Now he moves a tiny bit, but it's so erratic and uncoordinated, he doesn't much want to try.
Oh well; the rest is still above. Thanks again Chris, for thinking of us. (((((HUGS)))))

George The Dog was wishing we would have gone to work today so he COULD GET SOME SLEEP! He's holding about the same with needing a help up every now and then. The normal schedule on weekdays is us getting him up about 9am, feeding him, letting out to potty and then we leave for work. He sleeps. We get home about 9pm and have to wake him up to go out and potty and then he eats and stays awake for a few hours. His sofa is at one end of the kitchen - so he can make sure we don't drop any food - and he gets REALLY cranky if we leave the kitchen light on while he's trying to sleep. He is the master of nasty looks! He'll look up at the light then look back at me until I turn it off. One day I was trying to be nice and moved his little cushion bed into a ray of sun in front of the window. He came over and laid down and then he looked out the window and got this look on his face. I could almost see him thinking "I wish SOMEBODY would turn off that blankety blank SUN!" Then he got up and stomped - YES a dog can stomp - back to the sofa. He is too funny. Thanks for asking after him. I do think he's stabilized for a couple weeks. Hopefully.

Gosh Kris, it sounds like your doggie life sucks too. I'm so sorry. Too bad we live so far away; I have a feeling there'll be a day in March or April where we could go to a bar and buy a couple of beers to cry in. Thanks for the hugs and good wishes, Chris. We sure need 'em.
