A friend of mine is a nurse and recently talked to me about the Atkins Diet, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, and the latest of course, The South Beach Diet. Seems the major priority people have and want to accomplish this coming year ( 2005 ) is to lose weight, from 5 to 50 pounds. Since she is a nurse, she has done a lot of study and research on dieting. I TRULY think she has found the real answer to weight loss, the "Don Key" Diet. Instructions are simple..

That is probably a good idea ;D
Fuerza seems to be losing weight on the Quitt. The crest on her neck is almost gone--and what is left is soft. She just plain is not spending as much time eating (although it is not yet time to call the Humane Society...) Linda

Yup! That's how you do it! ;D I switched to south beach and Have only lost a couple of pounds since new years, of course I've been over doing it a bit to. It's soooo nice eating my one slice of whole grain bread with sugar free apricot jam when I get up. Delish! And beans, I love beans, and brown rice and fruit! I can eat fruit again! But I guess I'm going to have to cut down on the good stuff a bit and see if that doesn't kick my butt back into gear. I've been a bad carb-o-holic!

LOL! Chris, that's great! Nice looking ass, too! Linda, I started Mozette on Quitt the other day. She's a winter chewer. She tries most everything; doesn't beaver down like the pony was, but definitely annoys me with marking up stuff. Her weight was fine, though, perhaps a little too thin. I'll let you know how she does. This last time I bought the 20# tub, because the pony is committed, and I had to double it for him. He's back to no chewing. And I thought it might help my mare. So at least we have plenty. I wish they had some Quitt for me....
