Mmmmm, Vitamin I

I second the Cherry Garcia. Now--if you are lucky--you can find Blue Bunny ice cream. Oh my gosh--everything they make is delicious. I no longer allow it into the house unless it is for a special occassion. The flavors all have strange names, but the ingredients are TASTY. They make a cherry bourdaux (sp) that tastes just like the Cherry Garcia. Huge chunks of dark chocolate and lots of cherries.

You can get Blue Bunny everywhere here. They do offer a good assortment of flavors. But I still prefer the B & J stuff, or Haagen Daz. Seems to have less chemicals. (Or they're good at disguising them!)

Of course, there's always home made.... *sigh*

Does anybody else have a hard time getting enough Vitamin I in the winter? Ice cream's my favorite food, but it freezes me this time of year.
